A current project manager looking to develop your career, you have completed a degree in IT/Business and have a qualification in Project Management. Solution focused and positive, your excellent organisation and communication skills are utilised to liaise with executive level clients and deliver results tailored to their business. Your sound judgement and initiative are used to manage multiple projects with tight timelines ensuring continued client satisfaction.

A bit about the role

As a member of the Project Management office, you will take charge and manage the Client Delivery team to schedule, document, deliver and report on all projects and programs of work, to ensure top quality and successful project delivery that is on time, to budget and meets client expectations. The role includes:

• Partner with Product Development Project Managers & Product Development Managers to successfully delivery ITM projects that incorporate systems configuration, consulting, integration and custom development components.
• Manage and support the delivery of global projects remotely or on-site, by managing the Client Delivery team project tasks.
• Provide regular, timely and accurate updates to the clients, project stakeholders and project team via meetings and status reports on project status.
• Support Sales/CPM teams in providing Project Management expertise across all ITM modules in the pre-sales/project start-up phase of a project.
• Lead the creation and maintenance of project template documents that support all ITM modules being delivered globally.
• Manage the Client Delivery resource capacity report to represent accurate resource hours, to allow scheduling of new projects into the team.
• Manage the Project Closure activities to successfully complete all projects.
